Position summary
You will lead the company's overall sustainability efforts. As this is a newly established position, you will formulate the company's initiative agenda and roadmap in line with the company's sustainability strategy, and promote it while collaborating with and supporting each function. Initially, we plan to promote the issue of climate change, plastics, and human rights & diversity
Job Responsibility
Create a strategy and roadmap of the company's sustainability activities in line with the strategy of the global headquarters
Organize, prioritize, and set KPIs for sustainability issues
Promote sustainability strategies and activities in collaboration with each function of the company
Implement measures to integrate sustainability with business strategy and communicate with various departments
Communicate internally and externally the goals and status of the company's sustainability activities (including cooperation with Tokyo Head Office and reporting progress)
Provide support, guidance and training to develop knowledge on Sustainability across the organization
Build relationships with external sustainability stakeholders
Other sustainability promotion tasks requested by the Head of the Corporate Division
