Our client is expanding its production capacity in Singapore and is recruiting 40 engineering graduates from Vietnam. We would like to invite your students and fresh graduates to take part in our recruitment drive, with face-to-face interviews to be held in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City from 26 August to 28 August 2026.
This is a direct-hire opportunity with a 2-year employment contract in Singapore. No agency fee is charged to any candidate at any stage.

A Listed Japanese Multinational Manufacturing Company is recruiting 40 Technical Specialists for its Singapore operations. The role is based in a fully automated cleanroom manufacturing environment.

Division: Operations | Department: Manufacturing | Reports to: Production / Process Supervisor
Job summary
The Technical Specialist supports the operation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the fully automated HD media production lines. The role suits an engineering graduate who wants to apply technical knowledge on a live, high-precision manufacturing floor.
Key duties and responsibilities
Operate, monitor and support the automated production process to ensure the line runs without interruption and to the correct machine parameters and settings.
Carry out first-level and fast troubleshooting on production abnormalities, and escalate or repair equipment faults to minimise machine downtime.
Perform target changes, head calibration and process adjustments in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Take samples, perform measurements and maintain control charts and checklists; recondition the machines when readings show an irregular trend or fall out of specification.
Analyse process and equipment data to identify recurring problems and propose improvements in yield, quality and efficiency.
Prepare written reports on major equipment or process incidents for the supervisor.
Support automation, IoT and data analytics initiatives on the production line.
Carry out 5S and machine cleaning to maintain a high level of cleanroom cleanliness.
Any other duties assigned by the production or process supervisor.
Requirements
● Degree in one of the following faculties: Mechanical Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Materials Engineering.
● Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
● English or Chinese, sufficient to read SOPs and carry out shift handover.
● Willing to work 12-hour day and night shifts in a cleanroom environment.

7. Salary and Benefits Package
All figures are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are quoted per month unless otherwise stated.

9. What We Ask of the University
