You will be part of the APAC Regional Digital Commerce Dream Team that is diverse, dynamic and highly entrepreneurial. The Position
  • You will own and drive successful digital commerce exclusive activations, ongoing digital content optimisation and achieve digital media effectiveness and efficiency in a sustainable and scalable manner.
Some example tasks would include, but are not limited to:
Content
  • Strategize BAU content templates and guidelines across digital touch points (on and offsite) that elevates our master brands experience
  • Continuously improve and optimise BAU content template and guidelines across digital touch points (on and offsite) against master performance KPIs benchmarks
  • Lead and develop concept and content template and guidelines for SEA Retailer Festivalisation and Regional Super Brand Days
  • Track and monitor performance, and provide timely optimisation recommendation for SEA Retailer Festivalisation and Regional Super Brand Days
  • Deliver post campaign analysis and assessment across the region with key learning points for improvements
  • Create internal materials that will build knowledge and capabilities across the region, as well as to inspire and empower local ownership and to apply with excellence
  • Instil compliance and excellence of our Masterbrand experience and best practices adoption
  • Together with APAC Design, build processes that will drive more efficient ways of working and management of all assets via internal DAM and CMP tools
Media
  • Strategize BAU media investment guidelines across media channels and digital touch points (on and offsite) against master performance KPIs benchmarks.
  • Continuously improve and optimise BAU media investment efficiencies across media channels and digital touch points (on and offsite) against master performance KPIs benchmarks
  • Lead and develop media investment guidelines for SEA Retailer Festivalisation and Regional Super Brand Days
  • Track and monitor performance, and provide timely optimisation recommendations for SEA Retailer Festivalisation and Regional Super Brand Days
  • Deliver post campaign analysis and assessment across the region with key learning points for improvements
  • Create internal materials that will build knowledge and capabilities across the region, as well as to inspire and empower local ownership and to apply with excellence
  • Lead and manage Facebook Collaborative Ads account management at APAC Level
  • Together with APAC Insights & Analytics, build processes that will drive more efficient ways of working, reporting and management of media investments via internal Dashboards.
The Expectations
  • Minimum 5+ years of direct work experience in Digital Commerce with strong business acumen.
  • First hand knowledge of Lazada and Shopee Seller Centers, Marketing Solution Portals, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Marketing Platform a must.
  • Curious, passionate, agile and ambitious individuals who live by 'If Better is possible, Good is not enough'.
  • Thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing, ambiguous environment and is able to learn by analogy and be comfortable with unprecedented ways of working.
  • Sharp and sensible understanding of Digital Ecosystem. Be able to apply innovative problem solving skills and logical analytical thinking that can connect the dots to drive results in a sustainable and scalable way.
  • Highly organised individual who can think Big Picture, and also able to be detail oriented and Execute & Do
  • Team players who can collaborate effectively, convince, influence and inspire various stakeholders to achieve structure, scale, efficiency and agility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with ability to present thoughts in a coherent and organised manner.
