Scope of Responsibility:

The Continuous Improvement Engineer helps us work with partners in the factories, adopt continuous improvement culture and improve overall operational performance, using data and optimization tools to support the manufacturing team on critical improvement projects, developing partnerships with CP colleagues to deliver the agreed-to business results while maintaining positive employee relations.

This position is a valuable member of the Focus Factory management team, to ensure delivery of business results in his/her area. They will work within a structure that requires considerable connection with Focus Factory production and maintenance, and guide, empower teams in the implementation of FP&R (Factory performance & Reliability) strategy

Key activities include:

The Individual

Education:

B.A./B.S. Degree in technical/ engineering (preferably in an industrial system engineering or operations management fields)

Experience:

1+ years experience in Lean Coaching/Lean Coordinating/Continuous Improvement

Degree in Industrial Engineering or related area preferred

Good communication in English.

Profound knowledge in Lean Six Sigma

Technical:

Your practical experience in working with improvement projects counts!

Proficient computer and coding skills in Google Suites, Data analytics, and ability to learn company specific tools & programs

Passion for continuous learning and adopting new technology
