Main Responsibilities

Sell Company products according to a visit plan to customers and quotas in your area,
making planning with the objective of generating sales optimization in the accounts and developing the potential of customers;
Keep up to date on pricing policies.
Stock and promotions to provide you with information that will support you in the negotiations.

Main Activities

Plan and organize daily customer visit activities;
Analyze the need for each account, seeking to achieve the quotas
Keep up to date on pricing policies. stock and promotions to provide information that will support you in the negotiations;
Monitor changes and launches of new products in order to know all the features and benefits of each product;
Monitor competition strategies and promotions by reporting to management.
Good execution of 5Ps in medium-sized customers
Look for new opportunities to use the sales fund by innovating in actions that go beyond the tabloid calendar.
Fully develop the potential of customers and territory
Train customer teams and stores (campaigns, product launches, etc.)

Basic Requirements

Graduated
Experience in Store Execution
Experience in Sales/ Merchandising;
Intermediate knowlege of MS-Office/ G. Suite;
CNH (Cat. B)

Nice to Have

Intermediate English
Experience in Commercial Plans Execution
Experience in Distritutors and Wholesale
Experience in Results Evaluation
