Summary of the Position:

The Sales Controlling Analyst position is centrally located at the hub supporting the Sales Controller.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Rebate Management (creation, settlement, payment, closing) including Revenue and accruals reconciliation
Trade Spend Management principles validation: Planning, Documentation, Approval, Accruals, PoP, Claim validation
Providing support during CBP Monthly Discipline Process
Tracking & monitoring of sales growth by CDT and total hub
Providing monthly management reporting
Identifying / quantifying risks & opportunities and provide visibility on Financial impact on P&L
Providing information for rebates / customer promotional planning
Interacting with CDO on customer collection and dispute issues
Coordinating with C2C to resolve local deduction management issues, order blocking, and resolving past due customer payments
Solidifying systems knowledge and expertise (e.g., CBP and BI) while also providing training and reporting to Commercial users
Demonstrating an In-depth understanding of Colgate Financial Policies as they relate to the commercial team
Supporting the compliance monitoring with the Company's financial policies, internal controls, GAAP and accounting laws
Participating in internal controls design assessment and effectiveness testing as prescribed by SOX requirements
Improving the internal controls environment by identifying problems and recommending / initiating corrective actions

What do you need for the position?

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related field
1-2 years of related experience in finance
English proficiency
Advanced Excel
