Please note:- It is a temporary position for 12 months.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for registering new vendors to the system, creating all Purchase Orders for HR department & follow-up invoices and creating expense statement for expenses
Responsible for the follow-up, ordering and distribution of work clothes
Supports recruitment and training activities
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards

Required Qualification:

Higher education graduate (2 or 4 year)
Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role is a plus
Proficiency in office software, especially spreadsheet programs (MS Excel / Google Sheets)
Good verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish and English
Social Security Institution(SGK), Labor Law and Legal Regulations knowledge is a plus
Recruitment experience is a plus
