Job Summary:

Lead and coordinate training activities and events for the entire Brazil sales team, Super Club RCAs (Sales representatives), engagements with Customers and the merchandising team. Support corporate events and new products launches.

Main responsibilities:

Conducting the quotation process together with the event agencies, creating the briefings with the demands;
Administrate the training materials and training of classes, annual training calendar and location reservations;
Development and monitoring of materials and gifts;
Monitoring of purchase orders;
Control of funds and payments;
Coordination and sending of materials;
Work well with suppliers and customers;
Performance in the execution of events;

Basic requirements:

Bachelor's Degree
English: Intermediate
Experience in administration of events in general
Proficiency in MS Office / G-suite
Specialist in Planning, Organizing and Budget Management

We Prefer...

Experience in Consumer Goods or Pharmaceutical industries
Experience in Training for Sales teams
