Guarantee the support to the indirect channel through constant visits and supervision to the Distributors, for the achievement of sales and profitability objectives of the distribution processes of the company's products.

Responsibilities

Carry out the work plans by route and the implementation of the 5 ́p in the field
Work together with the distributor's sales force to meet the sales objective
Analyze sales and distribution results to assess achievement of objectives
Advise clients and visit them to monitor that they are served by the dealer's salesperson.
Meet the requirements and needs of customers, coordinating the proper functioning of the channels
Find new customers and coordinate the opening of new routes.
Supervise and control the activities of distribution, sales, promotional and inventory control and rotation of customer products.
Monitor and report on the activities of the competition and suggest action plans.
Train and empower dealer salespeople to get expected results and customer service.

Position requirements

Academic Level: Completed Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering.
1 year of experience in sales or sales supervision.
Intermediate English.
