Job Summary

The Regional Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) reports to the Global CS&L Manager - Hill's Division. This position is responsible for managing the freight, warehousing spend in Asia Pacific Region,the logistics Funding The Growth (FTG) program & driving continuous improvement/ cost efficiency projects. This position assures warehouse, freight, & co-packing Colgate-Palmolive standards & best practices are in place. This position will be in charge of the Global SRSA program for Hill's Division.
This role regularly liaises with CS&L Manager at the regions to ensure compliance to quality, regulatory, and Colgate business practices.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Warehouse implementation:Lead/support key Warehouse logistics projects in collaboration with regional & global teams.
OF Service escalation:
Manage relationships with regional key account contacts from freight forwarders, review KPI provided by CBS transports team and drive continuous improvement (Conduct root cause analysis and issues resolution for logistics failures including transportation delays, damages/claims, documentation errors, and capacity issues) in collaboration with providers, regional teams, Global CS&L Warehouse and Transportation manager and Colgate Business Services.
Warehouse audit program:Ensure compliance & findings remediation for all Warehouse audits in the region, in collaboration with the regional quality team and local CS&L managers.
Contract management:Maintain visibility ( Master Contract CS&L sheet) within the region of contracts to be re-negotiated or strategy to be developed for Transportation and Warehousing in collaboration with regional CS&L Manager and Indirect Procurement.
Element K: In collaboration with regional quality team and commercial team launch the distributors training program for Asia Pacific market.
Reimagined/2025 strategy: asia last mile delivery solution and japan network study.
Global SRSA program: Ensure compliance & findings remediation for all SRSA audits in collaboration with Global CS&L & divisional quality.
Assist with the CS&L FTG pipeline and execution. Help with project ideation, tracking, reporting, & collaborating on key regional projects.
Liaises with Global CS&L to share/apply best practices for productivity & cost efficiencies.
Collaborate with related parties to monitor freight, warehousing, & co packing spend, drive monthly reporting and support budget/ mid-year preparation.
Support logistics projects in collaboration with regional & global teams.
Supports all 3PL tenders & transitions, ensuring compliance to Global tools & practices.
Ensures compliance & findings closure for all quality & SRSA audits in collaboration with Global CS&L & divisional quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain or similar technical field.
5+ years working experience of supply chain.

2+ year Logistics and/ or Procurement experience.

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent financial & analytical skills, should be able to work with information to identify trends and exception conditions.
Ability to handle multiple priorities, work well under pressure & manage independently.
Proficient in SAP/BI, Microsoft Office and Google platform suites.
