The Organizational Effectiveness Engineer helps us work with partners in the factories, embrace continuous improvement culture and improve overall operational performance, utilizing data and optimization tools to support the manufacturing team on critical improvement projects, developing collaborative partnerships with CP colleagues to deliver the agreed-to business results while maintaining positive employee relations.

This position is a valuable member of the Focus Factory management team, to ensure delivery of business results in his/her area. He/she will work within a structure that requires considerable connection with Focus Factory production and maintenance, and guide, empower teams in the implementation of FP&R (Factory performance & Reliability) strategy. Detailed duties are as below:

- Play a key role in the preparation, execution and follow-up of FP&R roadmap & strategy.
- Develop coaching /capability modules and deliver training to team members in FP&R like: 5S & Visual Workplace, Continuous improvement, Maintenance standards...
- Work with relevant task forces to build and supervise action plans for shopfloor critical metrics improvement

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY BE ADDED AS BELOW:
- Be mentor and coach towards integration of the company Operational Excellence, values, philosophies and tools for driving continuous improvement through Kaizen Events
- Work with value stream owners to create a system to ensure people development through value stream focused Kaizen Events and the company Operational Excellence
- Provides guidance and training to plant operations to foster asset utilization. Trains line operators & technicians in operational

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

WHAT WE REQUIRE:
- 2+ years experience in Lean Coaching/Lean Coordinating/Continuous Improvement
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or related area preferred
- Project and facilitation experience
- Good communication in English.
- Profound knowledge in Lean Six Sigma.

WHAT WE PREFER:
- Your practical experience in working with improvement projects counts!
- Proficient computer and coding skills in Google Suites, Data analytics, and ability to learn company specific tools & programs
- Passion for continuous learning and adopting new technology
