Requirements:

While this position is being posted in Poland, it has the flexibility to sit in any location in EU/AEA depending on the selected candidate.
All the below activities are related to EU and AEA divisions (all plants)
- Grants and coordinates the regular execution of 100% system driven processes and no-touch IT solution to simplify routinely Procurement activities, like material costing, risk management and material spend analysis
- Supports the implementation and the design of 100% system driven processes and no-touch IT solution to simplify routinely Procurement activities, like material costing, risk management and material spend analysis
- Works on data structure and flow from SAP to other tools
- Develops descriptive and predictive data analysis platforms
- Supports Procurement digitalization - Global Digital Roadmap - and new tools/system implementation into the Division
- Accountable for Procurement SAP and transactional activities
- Ensures alignment of the requirements set for business data with IT systems and solutions
- Manages relationship with GIT in new SAP transactions development or already existing SAP transactions improvement
- Coordinates updates in New Product Master Data in close cooperation with Divisional Procurement team members and Global Master Data
- Coordinates and Reviews price changes (monthly, quarterly) and purchasing parameters in SAP, providing direction for necessary updates
- Lead costing for new items
- Monitors and coordinates the Procurement costing and budgeting process (uploads and reporting)
- Coordinates spend trend analysis and data consistency among different tools
- Coordinates and prepare templates for periodic Global Divisional Alignments
- Leverages SAP in day-to-day function to report key measures: procurement KPIs, SMI
- Provides process expertise, knowledge and support on issue resolution to Procurement teams
- Plans and coordinates system data cleansing initiatives
- Presents concepts and/or requirements to business partners to optimize data collection, maintenance and reporting processes to further improve business process efficiency
- Has regular meetings with other Divisions Procurement Integration Teams

Qualifications:

B.A./B.S. Degree in a technical or business field, with particular attention on computer engineering, CPM and/or MBA desirable;
0-2+ years Purchasing or Supply Chain experience for Specialists;
0-2 years of management experience;
Fluent in English;
SAP experience & data management skills are an advantage;
Strong analytical skills;
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheet;
Knowledge of Google Tools, Big Query and SQL;
Good communication skills;
Results and customer oriented;
High degree of accuracy and attention to details;
Team player and problem solving attitude;
