As a Professional Digital Engagement Specialist for Hill's Pet Nutrition iberia, you will be the Champion of digital communication with the professional customers (i.e. our veterinary customers and their healthcare teams).
This role is responsible for building stronger connections with these customers using our own digital assets (professional website & various tools), CRM and social media while leveraging Vet eCom solutions (i.e. eBoutique) . You are responsible for the two-way communication to the professional customers that we want to reach. Furthermore, you are involved in the programs for virtual detailing and virtual dietary consulting, helping the relevant departments to bring this to live. This role feels at ease with data from multiple sources which generates insights that lead to recommendations for new opportunities for engagement.
Success in this role means ensuring enhanced veterinary engagement, increased BRMO/sales and SOM while driving successful campaign execution, building our position on social media and demonstrating in-market success based on tracking and feedback.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the professional digital engagement plan. This includes the Hillsvet.xx integrated ecosystem for our professional customers including all the tools linked to the platform, Vet CRM programs and expanding our presence and engagement on social media. You work in close cooperation with the Brand Manager Therapeutic, the Professional & Veterinary Affairs department and the commercial team. You will also be the Spanish touchpoint for the European team on Professional Digital Engagement.
- Evolve the digital vet engagement model via an iterative and 'Test and Learn' approach. Be a sparring partner for the European team.
- Support the commercial team in rolling out virtual calls and virtual dietary consulting by developing innovative approaches to connect with our customers and be available within a few clicks.
- Explore and leverage Vet eCommerce solutions like eBoutique/eShop.
- Execute personalized CRM campaigns and analyse data from multiple sources (e.g. field activity and sales, website traffic, use of tools, interaction with social media, etc) with the goal to generate customer and commercial insights to optimize following campaigns and sales
Track performance via Local and European dashboards.
Education/ Experience Requirements:
- College or University degree with 2-3 years of work experience. Internationally mobile over time.
- Experience:
- Digital marketing, including excellent understanding of CRM tools and social media.
- Comfortable to use data from multiple sources and use these for personalized campaign execution.
- The ideal candidate has affinity with the veterinary profession or related.
- Fluent in English
