Security Analyst

Activities:

-Monthly review of the Social security documentation of all companies to enter (review of approximately more than 1000 people per month) to determine who has Social Security and give grant access per Mission Hills procedure.

-Generate and distribute approved third party companies list to security access posts .

-Deliver Mission Hills general driver guidelines to third party carriers

-Request and issue employee and contractor vehicle decals, and manage car population database

-Generate Security headcount monthly report to HR

-Reception, review and safeguarding of Security vendors personnel

-Update guard files as needed

-Verify security guards daily attendance lists

-Receipt and processing of security vendor invoices

-reception and processing of third party personnel lists to ensure compliance with MH requirements and grant monthly access

-Deactivate contractor card access as needed within internal CAS system

-Security office supplies administration

-Security posts documentation replenishment and management

-Manage printing copies used by security department

-Manage personal protection equipment to foreign visits

-Support in managing spend control

-Generate security post passes

-Documentation management for general contractor access for holiday operations

-Database update of seizures made by security guards.

-Key performance management indicators generation for security vendors

-Reception of criminal background checks for third party personnel

-Telephone and face-to-face assistance to contractor company personnel.

-Participate inn special security events

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• One year experience in administration processes.

• No years of experience needed in Patrimonial Security (preferred)

• Experience with database systems.
