Objective:

Purchasing materials and services in general for Brazil through regular bids or quotations with different suppliers, negotiating purchase conditions, aiming to supply the necessary materials and services within the best conditions of supply and quality in the market;
- Develop new suppliers in order to ensure alternative sources of supply;
- Projection of future prices for the preparation of Budgets & Standard costs;
- Issue periodic management reports in line with regional / global guidelines;
- Keep follow-up on purchase orders placed on the market, including negotiating deadlines, conditions and supply and delivery schedules with suppliers;
- Daily monitoring of shopping carts in the system and aligning priorities with stakeholders;
- Support category leaders on regional initiatives. Constant monitoring of Market trends and new technologies.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate suppliers KPI's for Copacking for Brazil and Southern Cone (ARG, CHI, PAR, and URU).
In partnership with Planning and Logistics area, must obtain the performance results of each supplier for constant follow-up and monitoring the results.
- Execute effective negotiations / Bidding process for Copacking, making market comparisons and measuring the impact on cost it would have in the business.
- Contribute and monitor the purchasing budget for specific services in this position.
Based on regional trends in services and information exchange with suppliers in order to do not exceed the established budget.
- Intercommunication with the service area and other functional groups of the various suppliers as well as with the Copacking Manager of each subsidiary to ensure the effective execution of projects together with the logistics team.
Participating in weekly meetings of new projects to reinforce Procurement policies, solve problems and align services. - Conduct audits as
- Contribute to the FTG program of Brazil and SC savings through negotiations / Bidding process with suppliers and internal actions.
- Monitor SAP/Ariba functions performing price comparisons, etc. on a daily basis including the capture of new prices / info records, materials extensions in order to have reliable information.

- Develop a documented understanding of the structure of the local market by conducting surveys, comparisons and analysis of market trends to direct your services with a vision of risk management and identify opportunities for threats.
