Job Summary:

This position is about Maintenance of Building assets in the facility. Ensure basic GMP norms are followed and facility conditions are maintained. Follow EHS work practices followed by contractors while doing projects / improvements jobs in campus.

Execute projects related to Building expansions, Facility / Infrastructure - Expansion & Improvements, Property Loss Control upgrades. Compliance to all the Quality/EHS/FP& R SOPs & expectations are followed and implemented in the areas of Facilities & Projects. Compliance to CP Facility Standards for all new Expansions & construction. Conduct Building structure stability is completed as per the norms and concerns are highlighted & closed through Capex/Expense. Government Liaoning with GIDC / FI, on new building expansion /extension, its readiness for filing and follow up for approval with HR & Consultants.
