SUMMARY:

Maintenance Engineer is responsible for working with the team to monitor and control filling lines' KPI (equipment down time and assets utilization level) through maintenance implementation, training maintenance team, managing spare parts, providing insight & coaching and driving continuous improvement. Typically in manufacturing facilities and plants.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support new MAE (Machine and Equipment)installation and commissioning (mechanical related);
Initiate the maintenance working instruction as well as conduct training to related people
Define the mechanical spare parts for MAEs related to production line and support spare parts stock management
Assist monitor and optimize KPIs, e.g. equipment downtime and asset utilization (AU);
Analyze and solve the key equipment problems; cause of the equipment failure analysis, summarize, establish and improve the fault prevention system, and set up database of maintenance experience in database;
Continuous improvement on the work safety, product quality, cost saving and work efficiency, etc.

在工作安全、产品质量、成本节约和工作效率等方面开展持续的改善。

EDUCATION & /OR EXPERIENCE :

Junior college's degree or above, majored in Mechanical Engineering or related major;
Two years of plus maintenance experience in manufacturing site is a must;
Fluent English both in speaking and writing;
Proficient with PC and MS Office, familiar with Auto-CAD will be a plus;
Familiar with Mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components and function;
Familiar with PLC and control system is preferred
Good communication and coordination skill;
Good planning & implementation ability;
Strong sense of responsibility.

大学专科学历或以上, 机械工程或其他工程专业;
至少两年的维护现场经验;
流利的英语口语及书写能力;
熟练电脑操作能力, 包括MS office 熟悉Auto CAD优先;
熟悉机械零件,液压气动元件的工作原理;
熟悉PLC和控制系统优先;
良好的沟通协调能力;
良好的计划和执行能力;
具备较强的责任感。
