YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be responsible for the accounting process which includes; invoicing, cash collection, expenses and treasury management as well as payroll and Accounting data entry.
- Reconcile the accounts payable and receivables,.
- Prepare and manage Bank transfers as well as the paper work related to accounting, bank, and tax administration.
- Communicate with the Manager and/or Director on the status of your work and client issues as they arise.
- Be responsible for the monthly and annual book s closing processes and procedure.
- Prepare and review contracts (Sales, Vendor, Labor Contracts..) and any related papers.
- Understand, propose and implement new financial processes.
- Complete other paper-work related tasks as assigned.
