Mô tả công việc

REPORT TO: PM or Manager (VN/JP) directly.
WORK WITH: PM, BPM,Developers, Designers and Client(VN/JP).
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Job Vitalify Asia is a Mobile/Web product development company that focuses on providing value to users.
● Supporting (B)PM to manage projects and handle project operation in the DevOps team.
● Understanding target users and system requirements/specifications.
● IT translation (documents, ,messaging).
● Discussing requirement/schedule/system design with Japanese clients directly.
● Communicating with clients (Japanese, English, Vietnamese).
● Testing and creating Test cases with senior(s).
● Taking and sharing meeting notes (minutes).
● Understanding VFA's project standards and rules.
● Arranging daily proceedings.
● Reporting process of project daily, weekly and monthly.
● Frequently and actively contacting customers to clarify and prepare detailed requirement contents.

Yêu cầu

● Japanese language: N2 or over (communication skill is the most important).
● Experience in IT Communicator or Developer 1 or more years.
● Experience in programming with any programming language is a plus.
● Experience or knowledge about AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus.
● Being fluently in English is a plus.
● Being proactive and having a high sense of responsibility, ambitious, willing to learn & hardworking.
● To be honest in communication with clients/team/managers is a must.
● Required to have a wide range of roles and responsibilities.
