We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Junior/Middle) to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with senior Business Analysts,
Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to support requirement gathering, documentation, and project delivery activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including BRD, SRS, user stories, process flows, and meeting minutes
Work with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
Participate in requirement workshops, client meetings, and Agile ceremonies
Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and process diagrams to visualize business requirements
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, test cases, and validating results
Conduct basic business process analysis and identify improvement opportunities
Perform research and data analysis to support business decision-making
Track requirement changes and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Support proposal preparation, effort estimation, and pre-sales activities when required.
Recruitment Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Project Coordination, or relevant
Strong business mindset & critical thinking (must have)
Fluent in English (written and verbal) (must have)
Strong learning attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to take ownership (must have)
Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Ability to write clear and structured documentation
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Technical Skills
Familiar with requirement documentation formats such as:
Business Requirement Document (BRD)
Software Requirement Specification (SRS)
User Stories
Use Cases
Process Flows
- Familiar with diagramming and documentation tools: [protected info], Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite
Familiar with wireframing/mockup tools: Figma, Balsamiq, Miro.
Preferred Qualifications
Project experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Coordinator, or related role
BA-related certifications or training courses (ECBA, Agile Fundamentals, Scrum Fundamentals, etc.)
Knowledge of domains such as E-commerce, Healthcare, Supply Chain, Finance, or CRM systems is a plus.
