Mô tả công việc

Stay ahead of TikTok/Instagram trends, challenges, and cultural moments to implement relevant and timely content into the social strategy.
Collaborate closely with our marketing team to understand campaign goals and messaging, translating them into visual narratives.
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions with other related stakeholders
Conceptualize and create engaging and original short-form video content for TikTok/Instagram that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
Manage end-to-end video production, including filming, editing, sound design, and visual effects, to deliver polished and high-quality content.
Teach and communicate with creative teams
Design creative experiments, test creative hypotheses and build creative case studies
Engage with TikTok/Instagram followers and monitor comments and trends to foster a sense of community and drive meaningful interactions.

Yêu cầu công việc

Having 2+ years of experience in a similar role
Having an understanding of the Fashion/ Entertainment or Music field is an advantage
Able to develop and implement overarching performance-based creative direction, creative best practices, and creative strategies
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-team cooperation and knowledge sharing internally and externally - working with designers, analysts, and campaign managers
A deep understanding of TikTok/Instagram/Youtube/Twitter's platform, trends, challenges, and unique community culture.
Strong visual and storytelling skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for capturing attention quickly.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Understanding of video editing software and creative tools to produce visually appealing and well-edited content.
Fluency in English

Salary up to $600 (based on your work experience)
13-month salary and monthly financial support policies;
