Job Summary
The (Junior) Creative Planner will support the development and execution of creative strategies that drive impactful and innovative solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creative problem-solving, have a strong understanding of brand strategy, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business unit by aligning with Company goals and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Customers/ Consumers Insights Analysis: Identify and detect key consumer, and channel insights, and transform these insights into strategic ideas and integrated communication solutions.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with the Account and Creative teams to develop strategic proposals and communication plans that meet client needs and expectations.
Creative Briefing & Follow-up: Provide clear and detailed briefs to the Creative team, ensuring timely follow-up and high-quality execution of designs and concepts.
Presentation: Develop and present proposals for Activations/ Events, IMC campaigns to persuade clients of the effectiveness and value of the proposed solutions.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
1-3 years of experience in Creative/Planning/Account positions at marketing service (ATL, Digital, BTL) or marketing at FMCG companies;
Strong understanding of creative strategy, and brand development.
Strong skills of research & analytics with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and collaborative approach to work, with a passion for innovation and creativity.
Familiarity with Creative/ Design tools (Powerpoints, Canva, etc.
English Communication (written and spoken) is preferred.
