ABOUT CLAUDE LABS
Claude Labs is a member of the Claude Partner Network (Services Track) and an AWS Partner. We are the commercial arm of Claude SG, Singapore's fastest-growing Claude community, with chapters in Vietnam, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, India, and currently expanding throughout SEA.
On the enterprise side, we deliver AI strategy, custom development, automation and agentic workflows for established businesses across Southeast Asia. On the community side, we run regular workshops and events with partners including SGInnovate, SkillsFuture Singapore and *SCAPE.
ROLE SUMMARY
We are building the infrastructure that everything else runs on: our member platform, our data, and our cloud environment. That is what you will own. You will spend most of your time writing code and building systems, with some time supporting the events that keep the community running.
This is a fully remote, full-time role based in Vietnam. Our company and our clients are based in Singapore, so you will work closely with a Singapore-based team and Singapore-based clients.
You do not need deep prior AWS experience. You need to be the kind of person who learns a new technology by building something real with it.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Platform and infrastructure (approximately 80%)
Optimize the Claude SG member platform ([protected info])
Migrate our data to AWS and help set up our cloud environment
Work with Amazon Bedrock, including data residency configuration for Singapore-based deployments
Own provisioning, deployment, and monitoring for our internal systems
Community support (approximately 20%)
Support event logistics for Claude SG workshops: registration, planning, brainstorming ideas
Help keep community channels and internal operations tidy
REQUIREMENTS
Essential
A university degree, preferably in Computer Science,
Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
1-2 years of professional experience in software engineering, platform, or infrastructure work. This is not a fresh graduate role.
Based in Vietnam and able to work full-time remotely, with meaningful overlap with Singapore business hours (GMT+8)
Professional working proficiency in English, both spoken and written. You will communicate directly with Singapore-based clients and colleagues in English every day.
You have taught yourself a technology from scratch and built something real with it
Comfortable with Git and shipping to production
Genuine interest in learning cloud infrastructure. This is the core of the role.
Preferred
AWS exposure, including coursework or certification study

Having built with Claude or a comparable LLM
Experience working remotely with a distributed or cross-border team
REMUNERATION
Compensation is dependent on last drawn salary and relevant experience, to be discussed during the interview process.
WHAT YOU WILL GAIN
Ownership of real infrastructure. You will be the person the AWS migration depends on, with review and mentorship from our technical lead.
Production experience inside an AWS Partner organisation, working with Bedrock and Singapore data residency requirements
