Mô tả công việc

Facebook Ads (50%):
Develop and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to generate leads, focusing on insights derived from both performance data and customer behavior.
Collaborate with the creative team to provide direction on optimal creative approaches that resonate with target audiences.
Use Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager to set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns.
Conduct thorough audience research to understand customer behaviors and interests, and utilize this information to improve ad targeting.
SEO (50%):
Conduct on-page SEO audits and implement recommendations to improve site performance.
Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Utilize SEO tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console to track and analyze website performance.
Work on keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated in all content.

Yêu cầu

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience in digital marketing with a focus on Facebook Ads and SEO.
Proficient in Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Good understanding of the education industry and lead generation models, preferably in an online to offline context.
Can-do attitude with a critical thinking mindset.
Skills:
Communication and teamwork skills.
Creative thinking to develop effective advertising strategies.
Technical SEO knowledge and the ability to perform audits and implement improvements.
Strong research skills to understand customer behavior and optimize ad targeting.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
