JOB BRIEF: We are looking for a qualified junior graphic designer for Solto VN office with accountability for matching color and controlling product quality, implementing designs according to job requirements.
Solto Industries Co. Ltd is a popular fashion supplier to many famous global brands which you can find more details in our website ([protected info]). You will be a part of this dynamic and creative environment where company growth accompanies your own development and improvements.
1. Update seasonal/new development items to well control tasks
2. Review and match the color effectively on all kinds of materials
3. Keep updating with the World and customers' fashion trends to be able to create own designs or special projects as requirements
4. Monitor color and quality in development production
5. Follow up with the production plan to ensure material color and quality
6. Partner with cross functional team to manage material color issue in the development stage
7. Keep up to date on new business plan on new material production
8. Work with management and suppliers to implement innovation and sustainability initiatives
9. Keep up to date on new technologies and business plan so that plans can be developed and implemented to improve supplier performance
10. Handle other supporting tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu
1. Education and working experience:
a. Main major: A related bachelor's in Design and Graphic.
b. English: from upper intermediate
c. Computer skill: from intermediate level of MS Office, be mastered of design/graphic software
d. Working experience: sample development/designing/color control
2. Soft skills:
a. Interpersonal/communication skills: from upper intermediate
b. Management and execution skills: from upper intermediate
3. Preferred others:
+ Ability to work independently and on a team with little supervision
+ Ability to work under deadlines plus pressure with multi-tasks and changes at last minutes
+ Good senses of responsibilities, logics, discipline, and dedication
+ Well-adapted, healthy, proactively smart+hard-working, enthusiastic, active, and a "cool" mind
+ Customer focus and "can-do" attitude
+ Willingness to travel when the business needs

WORKING TIME: 08AM - 05PM, from Mon to Sat (lunch break: 12:00PM-13:30PM)

TARGET INTERVIEW PROCEDURES:
1. Selection of proper applications by the Office Assistant
2. 1st round: tests and interview in English with a Vietnamese leader
3. 2nd round: further interview with Korean managers
4. Final round: meet with Korean boss for final decision
1st ROUND PROCEDURES: 5 min-break before moving to the next test
1. IQ test: 20 mins at max; one question: 1 score - passed: from 9 scores as least
2. Writing test: 10 mins at max- passed: from 7 scores with logic reasons and persuasive delay
3. Translation test: 30 mins at max (can use online dictionary) - passed: form 6 scores with no meaningless/junk words/phrases/sentences
4. Color vision test: 10 mins at max - passed from superior level (4 errors at max only)
5. Interview with Vietnamese leader: after each passed test and interview in both Vietnamese and English languages
