KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment & Onboarding (Main Focus)
Support end-to-end recruitment activities: job posting, sourcing, interview coordination.
Assist with onboarding new hires and preparing welcome materials.
Collaborate with hiring managers on manpower planning and candidate experience.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in using AI tools for work and proactive in learning and adopting new AI technologies.
2. Employee Engagement & Learning
Support HR team in organizing internal events, training sessions, and surveys.
Contribute ideas to enhance employee engagement and company culture.
Assist in communication campaigns and feedback tracking.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or related fields.
Around 2 years of working experience in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or related positions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Good at using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Proficient in using AI tools for work and proactive in learning and adopting new AI technologies.
Interest in or experience working in technology, IT outsourcing, software, or digital product companies is a plus.
Good English proficiency.
