Job Overview
The Industrial Engineer (junior level) participate as key members to execute all activities related to Industrial Engineering functions while acting on the cultural aspect and continuous improvement projects.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Responsible for
For Industrial Engineering
Participate to all projects related to IE: from VSM, time study, work standards, layout update, ....
Propose process flows and information to understand methods/ activities in manufacturing operations and participle to develop plans to eliminate of waste through IE & Lean Tools.
Analyze and Propose labor/man mapping for operations according the capacity allocation in the manufacturing Lines and develop strategies to reduce labor cost factor by implementing related projects.
Participate to optimize the design of equipment layouts. Determine workflow efficiency and develop safety precautions to improve and maximize utilization of production facilities and personnel.
Participate to projects related to IE/Process/ACE & Lean depend on tasks assignment.

Yêu cầu

University degree preferred in either:
Industrial Engineering
or alternatively Chemical Process and Equipment, PolymerEngineering;
