Junior International Purchasing & Shipping AssistantLocation: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Work arrangement: On-site, full-time

We are looking for a motivated junior team member to help research products and suppliers, compare quotations, and coordinate shipments. No previous sourcing experience is required; training will be provided.
Salary
First three months: VND 3.5-5 million per month.
After a successful three-month review: VND 7-8 million per month.
Responsibilities
Research technology products and potential suppliers, especially in China.
Request and compare supplier prices, product specifications, minimum order quantities, and delivery terms.
Communicate with suppliers and freight forwarders in English by email and online messaging.
Compare shipping options and costs, and track shipments through delivery.
Collect shipping details and documents, such as packing lists, invoices, shipment dimensions, and tracking information.
Maintain product, supplier, quotation, and shipment records in spreadsheets.
Follow up on quotations, samples, product availability, and delivery timelines.
Requirements
Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Good written English and clear communication skills.
Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets and researching online.
Careful, organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
Chinese-language ability or international shipping experience is an advantage, but not required.
