Perform maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting for our multi-office network system.
Set up, configure, audit, and troubleshoot employee computers and devices across Windows, Linux, and macOS platforms.
Monitor, audit, and help enforce company-wide security standards in compliance with ISO 27001.
Assist in the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of cloud-based systems and applications, with on-the-job training to grow into a DevOps role.
Provide high-quality technical support to end-users, focusing on delivering an excellent customer experience.
Participate in an on-call rotation for occasional after-hours or weekend support to address urgent issues and perform scheduled maintenance.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
A college diploma or university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in an
IT support or system administrator role. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Technical Proficiency:
Solid understanding of computer hardware and software.
Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
Basic knowledge of networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Professional Competencies:

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent customer service mindset with a focus on improving user experience.
Willingness to learn new technologies and take on new responsibilities, particularly in DevOps.

Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with DrayTek networking equipment.
Experience setting up or managing a Mobile Device Management (MDM) system (e.g., Jamf, Microsoft Intune) or a configuration management system (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).
A demonstrable passion for technology and a strong desire to potentially grow into development (Dev or DevOps) roles in the future.
