Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Prepare and cook traditional Japanese dishes, including sushi, sashimi, ramen, and other specialties.
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Participate in menu development and recipe creation.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Stay updated on Japanese culinary trends and techniques.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Fluency in English is a plus; knowledge of Cantonese is advantageous.
