A. JOB SUMMARY
As a Junior Marketing Analyst, you will work closely with marketing teams to analyze campaign performance, conduct market research, and provide insights that inform strategic marketing decisions.
This position will report directly to the Marketing Manager.
B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyzing marketing campaigns to evaluate their effectiveness, identifying areas of improvement, and providing recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies.
Researching market trends, competitor analysis, consumer behavior, and other relevant marketing insights to support strategic decision-making.
Collecting, organizing, and analyzing marketing data to identify patterns, trends, and customer insights that can be used to enhance marketing strategies.
Creating visualizations and reports to present data findings clearly and concisely, making it easier for stakeholders to understand and act upon the insights.
Monitoring and tracking the return on investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Assisting in the segmentation of customer databases to identify target audiences and create personalized marketing campaigns.
Tracking and analyzing key marketing performance metrics, such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and customer acquisition costs, to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and data teams, to gather insights and align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Assisting in the preparation of marketing reports and presentations, summarizing key findings and recommendations for marketing strategies.
Staying updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and techniques to enhance analytical skills and contribute to the growth of the marketing team.
C. QUALIFICATION/ KEY CAPABILITIES
Experience & Knowledge:
A BA degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field.
1+ years of relevant work experience in Data Analytics/Business Intelligence (BI).
1+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and SQL.
Familiar with SAP system, DataMind software and IQVIA is a plus.
Familiar with marketing concepts, including market research, consumer behavior, and marketing strategies.
Skills:
Good English skills (writing and speaking).
A keen eye for detail.
A curiosity to explore data, learn new marketing techniques, and continuously improve analytical skills.
