Mô tả công việc
Create collaboratively: Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders, including users, to understand their needs and translate them into actionable UI/UX design requirements.
Uncover insights: Design and conduct user interviews and usability testing sessions to identify user goals, pain points, and motivations.
Communicate effectively: Translate research findings into clear and concise UX artifacts (e.g., customer journey maps, user flow diagrams, low/high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes) for seamless communication and alignment among stakeholders.
Bridge the gap: Act as a communication bridge between the business team/users and development teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and project execution.

Yêu cầu
Minimum experience: 2-3 years of proven experience designing web applications.
Design expertise: Strong proficiency in Figma design and prototyping.
Preferred skills: Understanding design systems like Tailwind and MUI is a plus.
Additional tools: Familiarity with Adobe Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) and collaboration tools like Figjam, Jira, and Miro are advantageous.
Fast-paced environment: Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities efficiently and delivering on-time projects.
Agile expertise: Experience working in an agile development environment and effectively collaborating within an international team.
Bonus factors: Startup experience and financial knowledge are considered additional strengths.
