Halocom cần tuyển vị trí Junior Product Executive làm việc tại Hồ Chí Minh, mức lương thương lượng / cạnh tranh. Chi tiết công việc như sau:
Mô tả Công việc
Lead the requirements analysis with digital media team and product owner(s) to translate the business needs into a set of prioritized technical requirements;
Lead requirements validation activities with the developers to confirm to the project that a solution based on the requirements meets customer needs and achieves the intended business objectives;
Investigate, record, analyze, and confirm system requirements and business processes;
Negotiate acceptance criteria with the digital media team and product owner(s);
Produce high quality and concise requirements and design documents which accurately reflect the business requirements and can be clearly understood by internal or external Solution Developers;
Develop team's expertise in Digital Marketing channel such as Google Adwords, Facebook Ads...;
Manage and improve optimization program and system;
Be responsible for the team's KPI (revenue, profit) and client KPI's (CPO, ROI,...).
Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng
Experience
Minimum 1 year' experience as Product Executive or Business Analyst;
And having background in digital marketing is a plus;
Experience in UML design, data modeling, and user stories.
Knowledge, abilities and skill
Have a deep passion for technology and aim to become a product manager;
Proven ability in typical business analyst skills such as requirements engineering, business process analysis, and modeling techniques;
Effective verbal and spoken communication skills.
