Mô tả công việc
Test Case Creation & Execution: Assist in creating detailed test plans and test cases based on project requirements. Perform functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing across different environments and platforms to identify defects.
Manual & Automated Testing: Execute both manual and automated tests (with training and support) to ensure comprehensive coverage. Assist in the creation of automated test scripts to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
Defect Tracking & Reporting: Identify and document defects, track them using tools such as Jira, and provide clear and concise bug reports. Ensure defects are prioritized and followed through until resolution.
Collaboration & Communication: Actively participate in sprint meetings (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives) to communicate test progress, issues, and results. Work with cross-functional teams (development, product, etc.) to understand requirements and feedback.
Regression Testing: Ensure that newly developed features do not negatively impact existing functionality by performing thorough regression testing after each update or release.
Test Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized documentation for test plans, cases, and results. Provide detailed test execution reports and suggestions for process improvements.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in QA. Participate in training and workshops to enhance your testing skills and knowledge of best practices.
Agile Environment Participation: Collaborate within an Agile framework, understanding how QA fits into the development cycle, ensuring tests are well-planned, executed, and documented throughout each sprint.

Experience:
Basic Knowledge of QA Methodologies: Understanding of manual testing techniques and software testing life cycle (STLC). Familiarity with different types of testing, such as functional, regression, smoke, and performance testing.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira or Bugzilla. Basic knowledge of programming/scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL is beneficial.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze issues, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to software defects. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering accurate results.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for identifying inconsistencies, discrepancies, and potential defects in software behavior.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment, contributing to group discussions, and being open to feedback and learning.
Adaptability & Willingness to Learn: Open to learning new tools, testing techniques, and technologies. Comfortable with handling changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Automated Testing Tools: Familiarity with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestComplete) is a plus, or willingness to learn them quickly.
Agile/Scrum Experience: Understanding of Agile principles, and how QA integrates within Agile processes, including sprints and continuous delivery.
Performance Testing: Basic knowledge of performance testing concepts (e.g., load, stress, scalability) is a bonus.
Soft Skills:
Strong logical thinking and good aesthetic sense.
Effective communication and collaboration skills with relevant departments.
Education:
Graduated from College or University in Information Technology or related fields.
Language:
English: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to document issues clearly and concisely and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical team members.
