A full-cycle (360-degree) consultant role responsible for expanding into Recruiting Advisor (RA / Client-side) operations and acquiring new job orders, alongside CA duties:
Recruiting Advisor (RA) Duties: Target and approach Japanese and global client companies, acquire new job openings, and define hiring personas/requirements.
Career Advisor (CA) Duties: Conduct in-depth candidate consultations, provide career advice, match candidates with job opportunities, conduct interview prep, and manage end-to-end follow-up through offer acceptance.
Target Commitment: Commit to achieving monthly individual placement/sales targets (approx. 72,000,000 VND+ revenue).
Yêu cầu
Mindset: Embodies "PRIME Values" at a high level with a strong commitment to targets and performance metrics.
Experience: 1+ years of experience as a recruitment consultant in an agency, or a proven track record of top performance in B2B sales.
Language Skills: Japanese proficiency suitable for internal company communication.

Quyền lợi
Base Salary: 16,000,000 - 19,000,000 VND / month (Grade JC1 to JC3 determined by experience and past achievements).
Incentive Scheme: Quarterly Incentive Program (High-growth structure: 5% of revenue at 100% target achievement, 10% of revenue at 150% achievement).
