Mô tả công việc

• Lead data research to satisfy project requirements.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation of results, and provide feedback to clients.
• Write/ develop reports and documents containing actionable recommendations. Ensure reports are on schedule and quality assurance.
• Be responsible for suggesting & plan projects related to Brand reputation management.
• Utilize the company system to execute the techniques in crisis handling and brand reputation management.
• Working/ managing vendors for booking content to neutralize risk/PR articles...
• Assist Line Manager to engage with clients, understand and respond to questions on content, basic data issues/questions, report generation, etc.
• Monitor progress and results of work implementation; timely update reports to superiors and clients when required.
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager/Insight & Account Leader/Insight & Account Manager.

Yêu cầu

• Fresher or ideally, 1 year experience in marketing field or related position.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Excellent time management, willing attitude to be always-on standby for the team or work overtime (including weekends if needed) to support assigned projects.
• Be enthusiastic and curious about social media empowerment and its possibilities to build strong brand propositions.
• Have good analytical skills to deal with both numbers and words analysis.
• Able to work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Trends, news... catching.
• Good command of English especially writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
