Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Multimedia, or related fields.
1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media, community management, or activation.
Certificates in
Trade Marketing, Project Management, Content Creation, or Videography/Photography are a plus.
Experience working with KOLs/talents and exposure to FMCG/beauty/retail industries is preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and creative thinking (concept & storytelling).
Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) are an advantage.
Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Good time management and problem-solving skills.
English: Able to communicate effectively.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Google Workspace, PowerPoint; intermediate skills in Canva/Adobe.
Willing to support weekend events when required.
