Position
Junior Technical Data Analyst play a role as ensuring the accurate and reliable pipeline integrity assessment by analyzing ILI data, detecting defects and installations, and delivering high-quality reports to support safe and informed operational decisions.
Reporting to: Head of Proficient Data Analytic for the status of projects deadlines/ performance & Lead Evaluation Coordinator for technical expertise.
Responsibilities & duties
1. Training & Qualification:
• Completing mandatory internal and external training (ILI data analysis, soft skills).
• Completing mandatory examination modules, both theory and practical.
2. Data Analysis:
• Receiving datasets from Lead Evaluation Coordinator and clarifying reporting requirements.
• Requesting relevant information, documentation, and supporting data from the Lead Evaluation Coordinator.
• Analyzing engineering signals extracted from the tool sensors on the in-house software to detect the pipeline installations (valves, flanges, tees, offtakes, Etc.) and anomalies (dents, cracks, gouges, corrosion, Etc.) within the pipeline.
• Performing Initial stage correlation and comparison of individual analysis results of different pipeline ILI (In - Line inspection) data.
• Highlighting any concerns immediately to Lead Evaluation Coordinator during the data analysis process.
• Preparing all requested deliveries (reports, summaries) in accordance with project requirements.

Must have:
• At least a Diploma in college/ vocational school or bachelor's degree.
• Communication English level (reading, writing, listening, speaking).
• General computer skills - ability to learn and adapt to new software applications easily.
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to work well within a diverse global environment.
• Strong analytical skills with attentiveness to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing demands and situations, work within tight deadlines, and ability to multi-task.
• Demonstrated consistent work history and commitment level.
• Comfortable with routine/repetitive tasks.
• Showing Professional mindset, able to show Ownership and responsible in every action.
Nice to have:
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Have at least 3-5 years of working experience in any fields (tech/ non-tech) or Fresh Graduates in engineering, science or technical discipline or equivalent work experience in a related area is preferred (Mechanical, Data Science, Petroleum, Technologies, Mecha-Electronics, Industrial Mathematics/Physics).
