Job Overview
Be responsible to supply necessary materials like raw material, packaging, chemical products, secondary products, equipment and spare parts as well as necessary services to attend factory ́s demands on time and cost/benefit efficiently.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Coordinate/Supervise purchase of materials to enable the factory to attend its demands and commitments;
• Coordinate/Supervise receipt, storage and supply of materials to enable factory to attend its demands and commitments;
• Coordinate/Supervise together with other areas of the factory the development of alternative suppliers aiming best cost/benefit to the factory.
• Be responsible for area budget achievement
• Follow strictly company's rules, policy, ethics and compliance manual
• Be responsible to transfer materials to the factory for usage during production
• Monitor and follow markets and prices of materials in order to suggest/take action beforehand to keep COGS stable, company's budget achievement, and result improvement.
Report to Japanese Supply Chain Director.
