1. In charge of general accounting:
+ Manage accounting staff.
+ Manage and check input and output invoices
+ Store, arrange documents, company invoices, rotate in the right order
+ Manage, monitor, pay and recover payables and receivables at home and abroad
+ Store, arrange documents and invoices of the company; rotate in the correct order.
Participate in setting financial standards and forecasts.
+ Prepare accounting reports and prepare budget according to plan.
+ Support tax audit and tax declaration.
+ Internal audit and work with Tax Department, inspectors to ensure compliance with state regulations.
Plan, assign and evaluate accounting staff.
+ Support the process of summarizing, monthly and year-end reports.
+ Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal control.
+ Prepare management reports at the request of superiors and report to the director, management department when required.
