Daily work of general accountant
• Collect and process data and accounting vouchers through economic operations. Specifically, such as buying and selling goods, fixed assets, tools, revenue/expenditure...
• Accounting revenue/expenditure, depreciation, recording VAT/CIT, etc.
• Monitor and manage debts
• Calculate and report production/product prices; Statistical information on raw materials, auxiliary materials, transportation costs, production in progress
• Checking the import and export status of goods and raw materials
General accountant's monthly work
• Implement monthly reports (eg tax reports, tax returns...), internal reports as required (revenue and expenditure reports, revenue and profit reports, etc.)
• Calculate salary for employees, make deductions according to salary
• Accounting for cost allocations, such as CCDC costs, short/long-term prepaid expenses, etc.
• Accounting for depreciation of fixed assets
• Perform transfer and allocation entries; compare the figures and make detailed statistics of those allocations
General accountant's quarterly work
• Prepare reports and papers according to regulations such as: VAT declaration, corporate income tax, usage of quarterly invoices...
• Synthesize accounting data, make a balance sheet arising from economic transactions
• Check and compare the data with the ledger
