Kế Toán trưởng / chief accountant - thu nhập upto 45 triệu (tphcm)

LevelAdvise is a small Consulting company based in Ho Chi Minh City. We offer consultancy and assistance to foreign entrepreneurs, companies, and individuals. Our services include legal, HR, accounting, administration, and relocation support. We are now searching for candidates for the Chief accountant position who will be in charge of accounting work for our clients as well as for the company internally.
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in compliance with Vietnamese accounting standards and regulations.
2. Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of tax returns, including value-added tax (VAT), corporate income tax (CIT), and other applicable taxes, in compliance with Vietnamese tax laws.
3. Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
4. Audit Coordination: Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors to facilitate the audit process, address audit findings, and implement recommendations for improvement.
5. Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, monitor liquidity, and optimize working capital management to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.
6. Compliance and Regulatory Reporting: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting obligations, including submission of financial reports to government agencies and regulatory bodies.
