Mô tả công việc

• Managing all finance and accounting operations
• Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and
report variances
• Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements
• Leading and training all subordinates.
• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Additional controller duties as necessary

Yêu cầu

• Degree qualified in Finance or Accounting from Academy of Finance, National Economics University, Banking Academy of Vietnam...
• At least 05 years experience in Accounting with at least 03 years experience work as a Chief Accountant. Having Chief Accountant Certificate (require).
• Good logic thinking
• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Trustful person with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels
• Multi-task, good management skill, time management skill, communication and organization skills
• Able to work independently and highly meticulous
• Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
• Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices
• English skills: basic level.
• IT skills: Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook, Internet.
• Age from 27 and above
• Gender: Male or Female.
