• Tổ chức, điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động tài chính - kế toán của công ty dự án điện gió.
• Kiểm soát, phê duyệt chứng từ, sổ sách, báo cáo tài chính định kỳ (tháng, quý, năm).
• Lập kế hoạch dòng tiền, kế hoạch chi phí đầu tư và vận hành dự án theo tiến độ thực tế.
• Theo dõi, kiểm tra hồ sơ thanh toán - quyết toán với nhà thầu EPC,O&M, nhà cung cấp.
• Làm việc với cơ quan thuế, ngân hàng, kiểm toán và các đối tác tài chính.
• Tham mưu cho Ban
Giám đốc về phương án tài chính, cấu trúc vốn và quản trị rủi ro.
• Quản lý, hướng dẫn và đào tạo đội ngũ kế toán viên tại dự án.

- Organize and manage all finance and accounting activities of the wind power project company.
- Review and approve accounting documents, ledgers, and periodic financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annually).
- Develop cash flow plans and investment/operational cost plans in line with the project's actual progress.
- Monitor and review payment and settlement documents with EPC and O&M contractors, as well as suppliers.
- Work with tax authorities, banks, auditors, and financial partners.
- Advise the Board of Directors on financial strategies, capital structure, and risk management.
- Manage, guide, and train the accounting team at the project site.
• Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, Tài chính, Kiểm toán.
• Có trên 05 năm kinh nghiệm;
• Thành thạo tin học văn phòng. Ưu tiên biết tiếng Anh, tiếng Trung.
• Giao tiếp tốt, có kỹ năng tổng hợp báo cáo,
quản lý nhân sự, làm việc nhóm...

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; English or Chinese proficiency is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to compile reports, manage teams, and work effectively in a team environment.
