Mô tả công việc

Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns accurately and promptly
Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards
Provide support in developing tax-efficient strategies to minimize the company's tax liabilities
Work closely with management to assess the tax implications of business decisions and propose tax-efficient alternatives
Ensure that all tax-related documentation is organized and readily available for review
Monitor and review transactions to ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures as well as external regulatory requirements
Implement and maintain effective internal controls related to tax matters
Conduct research on tax issues, interpret relevant laws, and provide recommendations
Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for tax savings
Collaborate with finance, legal, and other departments to guide on tax-related matters
Work with external consultants or tax advisors as needed

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus
Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role (at least 10 years of experience in professional accounting)
In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
Effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax matters to non-experts
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to quickly learn industry-related regulations quickly and utilize information in the written report
Must be able to pass a nationwide background check

Starting Salary: You will love the attractive salary that we deal for you based on your ability and experience.
Probation period: 2 months with 85% of your official salary.
12 days of annual leave, 11 days of public holidays according to regulations of the Vietnamese Government.
Pay insurance (social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance) and other regimes according to current regulations of Vietnam Labor Law.
Working time: 8 hours/day from Monday to Friday, You will work from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM at the office.
Softel Solutions Office: 7th Floor, Geleximco Building, 36 Hoang Cau, Cho Dua, Dong Da, Ha Noi.
Project bonus and salary review according to the work quality.
Opportunity to travel and on-site work in the US.
Working with major carriers in the US.
