Kế Toán Trưởng Nhà Máy Bia

• Direct and monitor all accounting & cost activities to ensure that the company's financial resources managed in accordance with Vietnam Accounting Standard and comply with all relevant laws and EWB regulations.
• Manage payments & accounting of expenditures the company & to ensure the payments properly are manage according to company policies & government regulation.
• Manage all accounting operations including A/R, A/P, Inventory/Cost Accounting.
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly operating expenses, manufacturing cost, implement effective budgeting and control/optimize costs by analyzing/ forecast/advice..) for partners/other departments.
• Design, maintain and develop the company's accounting procedures & processes.
• Prepare, review the financial statements and other monthly reports such as: material report, tax report, costing report, inventory report.
• Design accounting management reports (Cost Analysis, Sales Analysis, and Expenses Reports) and review reports periodically.
• Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting yearly.
• Review of monthly tax reports and annual tax finalization reports.
• Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing required documentations
• Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives
• Work with local tax authority.
