Maintain the accounting database, business transactions and ensure the reliability.
Co-ordinate and control the day-to-day activities in Accounting Department
Managing, reviewing and approving the works of accounting officers.
Preparing/reviewing all legal documentation and contracts for the company;
Formulating and advising the board on compliance policies/procedures;
Prepare monthly, annual accounting reports such as including Profit and Lost, Balance sheet and analysis cost.
Prepare monthly report required by Jump Arena JSC and the Government on time.
Manage cash-flow, bank accounts, control cash flow and payments.
To control and ensure the sufficiency of the legal documents related to accounting such as commercial invoices, payment document, etc.
Control expense, inventory to calculate costing.
To work effectively with Audit firm to insure a prompt and accurate audit.
Manage the year-end external audit and tax finalizations in compliance with local and company requirements
Manage, train and develop accounting staffs
Comply with tax and accounting law and regulations, update information, avoiding risks from Tax.
Coordinate with Procurement Department in providing data for Customs' report, controlling norms, avoiding risks from Custom.
Additional tasks requested by direct Manager.
