Job Summary:
The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing and developing assigned customer accounts, ensuring excellent customer service, supporting business growth, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective logistics and freight forwarding solutions. The role serves as the key contact point between customers and the company to maintain long-term business relationships and customer satisfaction.
Scope and Accountabilities:
1. Customer Account Management
Manage and maintain relationships with assigned customers.
Act as the primary contact point for customer inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution.
Conduct regular customer visits, meetings, and business reviews.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable logistics and supply chain solutions.

Business Development & Revenue Growth
Identify business opportunities within existing accounts and try to increase revenue and service penetration.
Support new customer acquisition activities as assigned.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and service presentations.
Achieve account management targets.
3. Customer Service & Operations Coordination
Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Contract Logistics, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor shipment performance and service quality.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions.
Ensure customer requirements are communicated accurately to internal stakeholders.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare customer performance reports, business updates, and sales forecasts.
Monitor contract renewals, pricing reviews, and account profitability.
Monitor the daily handling status of Air, Ocean, and Customs Operations, follow up on shipments, ensure smooth processing, and report any issues to the Sales Account as needed.
5. Other Duties
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related disciplines.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain, or B2B sales/account management.
Experience managing customer accounts within the logistics industry is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
Fluent Chinese (spoken and written). English is an advantage.
