I. ROLE PURPOSE
To manage, maintain, and develop Modern Trade key accounts by strengthening customer relationships, driving sales growth, optimizing in-store execution, and identifying business opportunities to expand the company's presence and performance across MT channels.
II. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Key Account Management
Manage and maintain relationships with assigned Modern Trade customers (supermarkets, convenience stores, chain retailers, etc.).
Act as the main point of contact between the company and MT accounts for daily business operations.
Ensure smooth coordination regarding product listing, pricing, promotions, orders, and issue resolution.
2. Sales &
Business DevelopmentDrive sales growth and achieve sales targets for assigned MT accounts.
Identify opportunities to expand product assortment, shelf presence, and promotional activities within MT channels.
Develop and execute account growth plans aligned with company objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to propose effective business strategies.
3. Promotion & In-store Execution
Coordinate with Marketing and Merchandising teams to implement promotions and in-store activation programs.
Monitor product visibility, shelf placement, stock availability, and planogram compliance.
Ensure excellent execution at store level to maximize sales performance and brand presence.
4. Forecasting & Reporting
Prepare sales forecasts, promotion plans, and account performance reports.
Analyze sales data and customer performance to identify risks and growth opportunities.
Track KPIs related to sales growth, distribution, stock level, and promotion effectiveness.
5. Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, QA, and Operations teams to support account activities and resolve issues efficiently.
Coordinate internal processes to ensure timely delivery, accurate documentation, and smooth execution for MT customers.
III. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education Background
Minimum: College or University graduated from any major.
Preferred: Major in Marketing, Economics, or Business Administration.
Language Proficiency
Required: English is a plus.
Minimum Experience Duration
2 years of experiences.
Relevant Experience
Required: Experience handling Modern Trade accounts is highly preferred.
Preferred: FMCG industry experience.
