Manage and grow key strategic accounts within the food chain segment to achieve gross merchandise volume (GMV) targets and align with the company's growth strategy.
Identify, approach, and acquire new restaurant chain partners to expand the company's customer network.
Maintain and update customer database while continuously developing new accounts monthly; build and sustain strong client relationships.
Monitor account performance and business activities of assigned clients; provide regular reports and actionable insights.
Proactively handle customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Minimum 3 years of experience in the restaurant chain segment or F&B industry.
Proven experience working with large enterprises or chain brands is highly preferred.
Strong resilience, persistence, and a results-driven mindset.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
